Rachel Kent, PA-C, is a nationally certified and state-licensed Physician Assistant specializing in aesthetic and procedural medicine. With a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from James Madison University, Rachel brings a strong academic foundation to her clinical expertise.
Rachel joins Dermacenter Medspa with a background in both aesthetics and emergency medicine. Her training and experience include advanced procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, PDO threads, PRP/PRF injections, microneedling, Sculptra, laser resurfacing, and ultrasound-guided treatments. She specializes in harnessing the body’s natural regenerative processes to achieve long-lasting, natural-looking results through customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
Rachel is passionate about delivering results that enhance patient confidence and preserve individual beauty through evidence-based, personalized care.
Beyond the treatment room, Rachel leads an active and well-balanced lifestyle. She enjoys Pilates, traveling, and spending time at the beach. Her favorite travel destination so far is Italy, and France and Portugal is next on her list.

With over 13 years of experience in the field of medical aesthetics, Char L. Rayford is a highly skilled medical aesthetician specializing in chemical peels, acne treatment, laser treatments and hyperpigmentation solutions. Char has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin through personalized treatment plans and advanced techniques.
Char began her journey in the beauty industry with a passion for skincare and a desire to enhance natural beauty. Over the years, Char has honed her expertise in chemical peels, utilizing a variety of formulations to address diverse skin concerns and promote rejuvenation. Her in-depth knowledge of acne management and hyperpigmentation treatments has made her a trusted resource for clients seeking effective solutions.

Heather Stuart is a clinically certified Medical Esthetician licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She now brings her results-driven skincare expertise to Dermacenter Medical Spa, where she specializes in acne transformation, pigmentation correction, and anti-aging therapies. Her approach blends compassionate client care with science-backed protocols for lasting skin health.
With advanced training in Aerolase laser therapy, Face Reality acne programs, microneedling, chemical peels, and more, Heather creates personalized treatment plans for every skin type. Her own experience overcoming Grade 4 acne informs her empathetic and education-focused care, guiding clients with custom product regimens and effective procedures.
Heather is known for her thorough skin analysis, calming presence, and meticulous documentation. Whether working in a dermatology practice or a busy med spa, she focuses on meaningful improvements that help clients feel more confident in their skin.
